Logo Design
        My vision reflects KTP’s commitment to embracing change and growth while acknowledging its roots in community values. It rallies people together under a shared vision of a vibrant and inclusive space. The tagline “Let your heart lead” calls the consumer to action; they feel encouraged to buy what they desire, while also feeling incited to gather together, listen to their inner voice, and take charge of their own paths. 
         For this reason, my logo features a mix of imagery: a heart, handholding, and the Taegeuk symbol. In the Korean flag, the blue and red represent the people of a nation. The Taegeuk symbol represents yang and um, complementary yet harmonious forces that must exist together. Along with this, the symbol takes the form of a heart, further enforcing that diversity and passion is at the heart of KTP and community change. By meshing the Taegeuk symbol with hand-holding, I illustrate that diversity must be embraced to make a difference, while still maintaining a commitment to the plaza’s Korean roots. With this design, I encourage the loyal customers to embrace change since the font choice captures a night market aesthetic, appealing to younger audiences, while also maintaining a modern and culturally fitting look for Koreatown's Korean style.
