This project's prompt was to make a calendar in a non-traditional format. I chose to make an emotional calendar for those struggling with mental health. In this calendar, certain colors correspond to certain emotions. The viewer is directed to color in their emotion for each day. There are 31 pages in the book, each page corresponding to one day for all of the months. On each page, the viewer can recall how they felt on that same day the month before. At the end of the year, they can see the distribution of their emotions as a whole.
